Reopening of Brussels airport is delayed

Barely three weeks after the airport in Brussels was attacked by suicide bombers, the government is set to reopen the terminal to business but the police union are against it owing to the fact that they believe that the security measures on ground now is grossly insufficient to screen people accessing the terminal in order to prevent any more ugly occurrences.

This I think is a welcomed development, the people actually doing the security jobs and screening are more than capable enough of detecting if the measures on ground are adequate enough and the government needs to further fortify its security measures

Btw, does our very own NPF even belong to any union that work collectively to ensure work-force safety and adequate provision by the government?

There is so much to learn and be implemented here
